What does а 6-level Loyalty Ladder look like?

 

Let’s jump into the next paragraphs and reveal where your audience is mostly situated.

 

Suspects – These are the people who MIGHT buy your product. They don’t have a lot in common with it but could have similar shopping habits.

 

Prospects – The actually interested people. They go to Amazon to look for a product like yours or CLICK on your ad. 

Shoppers – They are not ready to buy yet but they have researched the market, compared prices, and features, and SAVED yours, and similar products into their carts. 

Members – The best option you can have – is the repetitive buyers. They are people who already have bought your product and could buy AGAIN. Take care to involve them in your brand and bring them back.


Advocates – The people practicing the best word-of-mouth strategy. They ORGANICALLY recommend your product. 

Raving Fans – They will do much more than needed to PROMOTE your product. The people who will climb mountains to shout your name.
