New Engagement Update for Amazon Storefronts

Amazon took off with a new Engagement tab on Storefront’s Dashboard for your convenience and KPI monitoring.

 

You can now better understand how buyers interact with products in your Storefront.

 

How to use your new engagement insights?

 

  • Consider placing your top-performing products at the top of your homepage or subpages. This way you will capture the attention of buyers. 

 

  • Take a look at the products missing from your Storefront. With the new insights you can filter the “views” column to find which products may have conversions, but have no views. It will be easier to find the right place to add these products to your Storefront.

 

  • Identify the products that have the highest engagement and sales. They are based on metrics like click-through rate (CTR) and conversion ratio.

 

  • Use in-stock views and rates to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience. Minimize the out-of-stock products they see when browsing.

 

  • Show your buyers’ the trends based on their engagement with the products featured in your storefront, and from the sales of products attributed to Store visits.
