Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) supports offline sales insights

 

NCS CPG Insights Stream is a new paid feature (beta) in AMC. It provides modeled offline transaction signals for all US households. The new feature allows AMC customers to measure: 

 

  • The impact of their advertising on offline sales, 
  • Understand cross-channel purchasing journeys,
  • Discerning audiences with different purchasing patterns online and offline.

 

Target and deliver on Google auction packages in Amazon DSP campaigns

 

Google auction packages are created within Google’s Authorized Buyers UI. With these packages, you can apply various targeting on open auction inventory that meets your supply strategy, such as: 

 

  • Specific publishers,
  • Locations,
  • Formats, etc.

 

This inventory is packaged via an auction package deal ID. Your customers can target it in their Amazon DSP campaigns.

 

Select currency via Amazon DSP

 

The Currency selection allows buyers to

 

  • Budget,
  • Bid,
  • Manage,
  • Plan,
  • Report,
  • Pay

 

for their ADSP campaign fees using their preferred currency. The currencies are visible through the advertiser creation page drop-down selection.

 

Improve your Amazon DSP Campaign pacing with new recommendations

 

Amazon introduces pre-flight recommendations for maximum average CPM and line-item frequency caps. When you build your Amazon DSP ad campaigns, you will receive machine-learning recommendations based on your campaign parameters. They will help you optimize your ad delivery for better outcomes. 

 

New Feedback Manager insights in Seller Central to improve customer service performance

 

Now, you can see your seller-fulfilled customer service performance across 3 critical insights:

  • Buyer sentiments

 

New FBA Inventory Age & Excess Analytics page

 

The new Amazon launch includes trends and key metrics to help you analyze your aging and excess inventory. The page contains one year of historical data and: 

 

  • Provides a summarized view of how your aging inventory levels are trending over time
  • Shows you how other metrics like FBA sales and aged inventory surcharge match up with your aging inventory
  • Summarizes excess inventory recommendations and aged inventory surcharges

 

Add size charts to your products with Amazon’s new self-serve tool

 

The tool is available for Brand Registered brands and offers a range of convenient features: 

 

  • Existing Amazon size chart refinement.
  • Existing size chart templates that can be used for new charts.
  • Ability to apply a size chart from a single product up to 1,000 ASINs across entire product types simultaneously and more.
