Regardless of summer vibes, Amazon gives us a whole bunch of new updates and features in July!

 

Let’s jump right into 7 of them: 

 

New landing page In Sponsored Brands 

 

The “Grow brand impression share” campaign goal allows you to utilize a new landing page option in the “Product collection” ad format. You must choose at least 3 products to advertise. The new update will lead your potential customers from ToS to a new brand landing page containing these products.

 

Target Promotion is available for Sponsored Products Advertisers

 

Target promotion is a performance advertising strategy. It identifies targets for further refinement to drive more efficient ad spend against high-performing targets and reduce ad spend on low-performing targets. You can harvest high-performing targets across your campaigns through the Amazon Ads console.

 

New updates on Amazon’s on-time delivery policy and shipping settings

 

To help reduce late deliveries and improve delivery speeds, Amazon is changing the on-time delivery rate (OTDR) policy. From September 25, 2024, you’ll need to maintain a minimum 90% OTDR without promise extensions. Only this way, you will have seller-fulfilled products listed on Amazon US. The platform recommends maintaining a 95% or greater OTDR for all seller-fulfilled orders.

 

New Brand Analytics features to refine your customer segmentation

 

  • New Audiences allows you to highlight Declining Top Tier and Declining Promising customer segments. They will help you with insights into groups of customers who will most likely spend less in the next year. 
  • Cart Abandoners Audience can help you to engage and convert customers who have added your products to their cart and still need to complete their purchase.

Optimize peak storage with Capacity Manager and Amazon Warehousing and Distributing (AWD)

 

  • Capacity Manager gives you access to extra fulfillment center storage for your fast-selling products. Generally, those that sell in less than 4 weeks. You can bid on extra storage by paying a specified reservation fee. 
  • For inventory needing more than four weeks of storage, AWD is a low-cost solution with pay-as-you-go pricing. Amazon will automatically replenish your products from AWD to fulfillment centers to ensure you maintain the proper inventory levels.

Send it again feature replicates previous FBA shipments

 

You can now replicate SKUs and quantities from previous Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) shipments with one click.

 

New Amazon Listing requirements from August 15, 2024
